We needed to migrate POS across six Mall stores without losing a trading day. GR IT planned the cutover in 11pm-to-5am windows over three nights, finished early on each, and Monday morning every store traded as if nothing had happened. The receipt history reconciliation was complete by 9am. That kind of dark-period discipline is rare in Dubai.
