Enterprise WiFi Solutions Dubai

Enterprise WiFi designed, deployed, and managed for UAE workplaces.

Enterprise WiFi is more than placing access points. We design WiFi networks that handle hundreds of concurrent devices, segment guest from corporate, integrate with your identity for 802.1X auth, and survive a wall-thick UAE office layout. Vendor-neutral design across Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Ubiquiti, Ruckus, Fortinet, and managed Microsoft network topology where it fits. Site survey before procurement, not after the cabling is in.

What an enterprise WiFi engagement includes

Six WiFi design and operations functions.

Enterprise WiFi success comes from doing six things properly, not just from buying access points. We deliver all six because skipping any of them produces the slow-WiFi, drops-the-call, password-stuck experience that plagues most UAE offices.

Site survey and RF design

Predictive survey based on building floorplan; passive site survey on-site if existing network present; post-install validation survey. Coverage, capacity, channel plan, AP placement designed before procurement, not improvised after.

Vendor-neutral hardware selection

Cisco Catalyst / Meraki for enterprise-managed cloud experience. Aruba Instant On for SMB simplicity. Ubiquiti for cost-sensitive deployments. Ruckus for hospitality and high-density. Fortinet for security-converged networks. Microsoft network topology for cloud-managed scenarios.

802.1X identity-aware authentication

Entra ID or Active Directory integration via NPS / RADIUS for 802.1X authentication. Per-user policy, certificate-based auth, device compliance from Intune. Replaces shared pre-shared keys that get reused or leaked.

Network segmentation

Corporate, guest, IoT, voice, payment segments separated by VLAN and firewall policy. Guest network isolated from corporate. PCI-relevant segments isolated for retail. Industrial OT segments isolated for manufacturing.

Performance monitoring and analytics

Real-time dashboards on coverage, client count, throughput, retry rates. Heatmaps refreshed weekly. Capacity planning before peak periods. Anomaly detection for failing access points.

Managed support

24/7 monitoring optional. Service desk handles WiFi tickets with the same SLA as other IT. Firmware updates scheduled, tested in staging, rolled to production. Annual heatmap refresh, semi-annual site walk.

Why UAE offices route WiFi through us

Four reasons clients pick our WiFi work over installer-led alternatives.

Survey-first, hardware-second

We do the site survey before recommending hardware. Most failed WiFi deployments are over-spec or under-spec because hardware was picked from a brochure, not from coverage requirements. Survey first, you get the right number of the right access points, no more and no less.

Integrated with M365 identity

Entra ID for authentication. Intune for device compliance. Conditional access policies extend to WiFi. Same security model as the rest of your Microsoft tenant, no parallel identity store.

UAE-payroll engineers on site

On-site response within 2 hours UAE-wide. Survey engineers walk your floors with calibrated meters, not predictive software in a vacuum. Tropical-climate dust and AC-vent placement matter; the engineers know.

Procurement at distributor channel pricing

We are an authorised reseller for the major vendors. Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Ubiquiti, Ruckus, Fortinet, Yealink procurement at distributor channel pricing, not retail markup.

WiFi profiles we deliver

Six environments with different WiFi design requirements.

Corporate offices

Knowledge-worker offices with laptops, mobile devices, video conferencing. Density and roaming matter.

Healthcare facilities

Medical-grade WiFi: critical-care segments, IoT medical devices, patient WiFi, EMR access. RF interference managed carefully.

Retail and F&B

POS reliability, customer-facing guest WiFi, payment-terminal PCI segments. Heatmap optimised for till positions.

Schools and universities

High-density classrooms, exam halls, student personal devices, faculty. Capacity is the primary design driver.

Warehouses and plants

Industrial WiFi: barcode scanners, AGVs, OT devices. Roaming hand-off between APs critical for moving devices.

Financial services

Compliance-aware WiFi with audit trail, MFA-enforced access, DFSA / ADGM-aligned controls.

How a WiFi engagement runs

Four phases from survey to managed steady state.

Enterprise WiFi succeeds when each phase happens in the right order. Survey before design, design before procurement, procurement before install, install before validation, validation before declaring done. We do all five.
  1. 1

    Site survey and requirements

    1 week

Floorplan-based predictive survey, on-site passive survey if existing network. Density requirements per zone, coverage requirements, compliance constraints documented. Output: written WiFi design brief.

  2. 2

    Design and procurement

    2-3 weeks

Vendor-neutral hardware design. Channel plan, AP placement diagram, VLAN and security design, integration with identity. Bill of materials, distributor procurement, delivery scheduled.

  3. 3

    Installation and configuration

    1-3 weeks

Physical install of APs, structured-cabling extension if needed, controller / cloud setup, SSIDs configured, 802.1X auth enabled, segmentation policies applied. Validation survey post-install.

  4. 4

    Managed support and steady state

    Continuous

24/7 monitoring optional. Service-desk tickets handled. Firmware updates scheduled and tested. Annual heatmap refresh, semi-annual site walk to catch coverage drift from new walls / furniture.

Our previous WiFi was a single consumer router and three extenders for a 1,200 sqm office. Dead spots, dropped video calls, password shared with everyone including the cleaning team. GR ran a survey, designed a 7-AP Meraki deployment with 802.1X auth against our Entra ID, finished install in two weekends. Calls do not drop now. The visibility dashboards have already caught a failing AP before staff complained.
